One serial code per license is delivered with the product. Support and minor release updates (like bugfixes and minor new features) are offered without any further fees. | Online Order with Electronic Software Distribution (Download)  | Secure online order is done via share-it, a service of our e-commerce partner element 5. You can pay by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club), Switch/Solo, bank/wire transfer, check or cash. Your order will be processed by share-it in the USA or Germany (depending on the country from which you are ordering). By online ordering the Ridom TraceEditPro software you will receive by e-mail an URL for download of the software and a serial code for immediate use of the software (ESD) or we will ship you a CD. | Offline Order  | To start the offline ordering process, please fill in and submit the Offer Request Form or contact us at info@ridom.de. We will send you an offer and a purchase order form.
The purchase order can be sent by postal mail or fax to Ridom GmbH (Mendelstr. 11, D-48149 Münster, Germany. Fax +49 (251) 490 931 51). Ordering by phone or e-mail will not be accepted.
You can pay by bank/wire transfer or check. All offers and invoices are issued in Euro unless agreed otherwise. Payment conditions are 30 days after receipt of goods, except when explicitly agreed otherwise. By ordering offline you will receive a CD-ROM with the software and a the serial code by postal shipment (CPT = carriage paid to buyer's institution; INCOTERM 2000). | General conditions - Within the EU, prices are exclusive of VAT, which amounts to 16% in Germany. No VAT is charged outside the EU and for VAT-registered institutions and commercial enterprises within the EU and outside Germany (VAT-registration number must be indicated on the Purchase Order).
