Connection to local SeqSphere+ Server Failed (Windows)

Please check if the SeqSphere+ server is running correctly:

  • If the server was installed as Windows Service (which is the default) choose from the "Ridom SeqSphere Server" menu the function "SeqSphere status". If a message appears, that the server is not running, then please try the menu function "Start SeqSphere Service". If it still cannot be connected, please send us the logfiles via SeqSphere+ client menu "Help | Contact Ridom Support / Send Log Files".
  • If it was installed as normal Windows application please check if there is a SeqSphere tray icon in the Windows task bar. If there is one, please right-click on it, choose "Show Info", and press the button "Send Log Files to Ridom".
