The former Long Read Module (LRM) is now an integral part of the software and included in every new license from April 1, 2026 onwards.
Long Read Assembly with proprietary ONT-cgMLST-Polisher enables users to assemble Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) and Pacific Biosciences (PacBio) FASTQ-files. An assembling pipeline can also directly monitor and process MinKNOW run data.
Long Read Plasmid Transmission enables users to detect plasmid transmissions using the Mash Plasmid Typing function. Plasmids can be aligned and visually compared using an integrated version of pyGenomeViz.
