To separate and simplify the workflows in Ridom SeqSphere+, two different types of Task Templates exist:

• one for Sanger sequencing data and
• one for whole genome sequencing data.

In this first step, you can decide for which data type to create a Task Template. If you want to include both types of sequence data in the same Task, choose Create Task Template for Both.
