The Task Template dialog offers different options to create a Task Template that is customized for specific usage.
Currently available workflows wizards are:
- Create from a predefined MLST scheme
- Choose genes of a seed genome
- Create Task Template by Allele Libraries
- Create Task Template for Plasmid Mash Database
- Create an empty Task Template and define everything manually
