Management of Pipeline Reports

Browse Pipeline Reports

Each pipeline run produces one report. The pipeline reports are stored on the server and are accessible for the group that was defined in the pipeline script.

To view and manage the reports use the normal login mode of SeqSphere+ client and use the menu item Button16 PipelineReport.png Tools | Browse Pipeline Reports

A table of all visible pipeline reports is shown. Pipeline reports are periodically delivered by the pipeline, therefore you may also see reports of running pipelines in this table. Use the Button16-Refresh.gif Reload Reports button to update the table.

Double-click or use the Button16-View.png View Report button to open a pipeline report. The Button16-Export.gif Export Report button can be used to export the report into a proprietary file, that can be opened by any SeqSphere client.

The Cancel button can be used to send a stop signal to a running pipeline.
