This box is used to specify which columns should be used for import.

• Sample Name: column with the Sample Name
• Marker: column with the marker name (e.g. '154', '580', ...)
• Value 1: column with values (e.g. copy numbers)
• Value 2: another column with more values (e.g. for double alleles)
• Combine values using: if both Value 1 and Value 2 contains data, combine this data using the specified text
• Sample name separator: if technical information is added to the sample name, specify the name of the separator between original sample name and technical information so that the original sample name can be restored. If empty, no separator is used.

Missing values

The settings in this section help to create a list for missing values.

• Well: column with well information
• Panel: column with panel information
• neg. Control name: missing data for Samples with this name are not reported.

If missing data or double alleles are found, a list is opened with information on sample name, marker, well and panel for each missing loci or double allele.
