The following 17 task templates for public stable cgMLST and accessory schemes can be downloaded from the Task Template Sphere:

All public cgMLST and accessory schemes that can be downloaded share a world-wide nomenclature. Users that submit sequence data or epidemiological data contribute to a world-wide expanding database that is public available at www.cgmlst.org (schemes that are not published yet are not listed on the website).

If no predefined task template can be found for an organism, a local cgMLST scheme can be easily defined and used to analyze the organism.
