Server Database Initialization

1. Start Ridom SeqSphere+ Client.
2. If the server was not found automatically, create a new server configuration for the host and port of your SeqSphere+ Server.

Define Initial Account

Define the initial accounts.

After the configuration has been created and the server was connected successfully, a dialog appears to define the administrator account and a first user account on the server. It is required to enter the name for the user group to which the Administrator and the first user should belong. The first user can be granted administrative rights by checking the User has administration rights checkbox.

After the database initialization has been performed, you can log in as Administrator and create additional users.
