The main window menu function File | Assign or Submit new Alleles can be used to assign new alleles to local and global allele libraries.
For local allele libraries, the alleles are assigned on the local SeqSphere+ server and no data is submitted to external servers.
For global allele libraries that are used by public Task Templates additional meta data is submitted to the cgMLST.org Nomenclature Server together with the allelic profile.
