Task templates for all public available MLST schemes can be downloaded from the Task Template Sphere.
The MLST schemes are fetched from two databases:
- BIGSdb Oxford (PubMLST) - public databases for molecular typing and microbial genome of University of Oxford, Department of Zoology, Oxford, UK [1]
- BIGSdb Pasteur - the genomic-based strain taxonomy and nomenclature platform of Institut Pasteur, Paris, France [2]
Note the data access policy of both databases: since January 1st, 2025, registration and authentication are mandatory to access all data curated after this date.
To access data that was submitted on 01.01.2025 or later use the the command Options | Account Details.
